Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our ATV rental terms and conditions page. This page outlines the agreement between you, the renter, and our rental company regarding the rental of a vehicle. It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation, as they form a legal contract between you and our company. Our rates include:
- Unlimited mileage
- Helmets
- Free road map
- Price includes third party insurance
Age requirment:
Drivers must be over 22 years of age.
Special conditions apply depending on the type of vehicle and country of issue of the driving license.
In case you reserve a vehicle against our minimum age policy, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged a fee equivalent to two days of rental plus delivery costs. For more information regarding the minimum age, please contact us.
Driving license:
A valid driving license is required from the driver. We may ask for a photo of your driver’s license before your arrival. In case you fail to provide us with such a photo your reservation may be canceled without notice.
In case you do not hold the proper license upon delivery of the vehicle your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged a fee equivalent to two days of rental plus delivery costs. For more information about the accepted Driving License per country of origin, please contact us.
Gasoline:
Gasoline paid by the customer.
Traffic fines:
All fines resulting from the driver’s conduct and traffic violations are born solely by the renter.
Minimum deposit:
For all vehicle rentals, upon pick up of the vehicle a deposit will be preauthorized from the driver’s credit card for a guarantee which will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise.
Insurance policy:
All authorized drivers are covered against damages to Third Parties.
Third-Party Liability
Third-Party Liability covers the cost of repairs caused by the renter to any ‘third party’ (material damage that’s not on the rented vehicle). If the renter damages someone else’s property, this policy will cover it. It will not cover damages to the rented vehicle. This cover is included in the rental price.
Collision damage waiver(CDW)
The renters’ liability for damage to the rented vehicle, can be reduced under the condition that the Greek Traffic Law is not violated, to a minimum charge of €500 for scooters by paying €5 per day and a minimum charge of €500, for ATVs up to 400cc, €500 and €1000 for the quads over 400cc by paying €5 and €10 per day respectively. Damage to the underside and suspension system of the vehicle is not covered.
CDW does not cover:
- Personal belongings
- Lost keys
- Broken key switches
- Extras (GPS holders etc)
Theft protection:
Theft protection is included in the CDW and does not cover the loss of personal effects.
Fleet availability:
The Company reserves the right to provide a different vehicle model to the one originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.
Cancelation policy:
Reservations are fully refundable if canceled up to 48 hours before the arranged rental.
There is a fee equivalent to 20% of the rent for reservations canceled less than 48 hours before the arranged rental.
Payment:
The total amount of the rental shall be paid when the contract is signed.
In case of an extension there shall be a notification from our client at least 12 hours before and the payment will be arranged locally.
Payment can be made either by cash or by credit card.
